A fantastic property that really exceeded our expectations. The backyard space with the pool is a particular highlight, though the interior is just as well appointed for a relaxing game night. Everyone remarked on how nice the house is. The host is very clear, helpful, and proactive in her communication, offering a variety of recommendations on the area and checking in to make sure everything is as expected. All around an excellent experience. Can’t recommend enough.

Emmy was an amazing host! We felt at home as soon as we arrived. She gave amazing recommendations and discounts for local wineries She also made sure that clear instructions were left around the property for review. I also appreciate the notes left for maintenance that may be around the property during our stay. And all of the crew was extremely nice and respectful of our space. Emmy was very proactive in responding to our messages and checking in to make sure we were okay. Beautiful neighborhood and property. Can't wait to come back!

Emmy was easy to communicate with and had a beautiful place in a peaceful neighborhood. Close to shops when we needed it. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping for our party. We had a lovely stay. Highly recommend it.

What an amazing home and even better host! Detailed instructions and communication was provided from the moment we booked this gorgeous home. Location: immediate neighborhood was great for nightly walks with our pup and close enough to many great restaurants, downtown, and parks! Home: exactly as described! Pool was clean and warm, lots of beach + bath towels provided, AC was already on upon arrival for the perfect interior temperature (it was a hot weekend), lots of board games provided, but we just lounged around the pool for a majority of our trip. Fur Parents: the host is very kind to provide dog bowls, towels, and other essential items. We brought our own but appreciate the thoughtfulness. Our fur baby enjoyed sniffing the yard and taking long strolls in the neighborhood. Thank you, Emmy for sharing your home with us.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this home in Santa Rosa! It was the perfect place to host my family — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for both relaxing and spending time together. The kitchen was well-stocked and made it easy to prepare meals, and the common areas had plenty of seating for everyone. The layout of the house gave us enough room to spread out, yet still feel connected. Every detail, from the clean and cozy bedrooms to the beautiful outdoor space, helped make our stay feel special. The location was also ideal — peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly home base in wine country

I booked Emmy’s home for a girls trip, and wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish! First of all, Emmy is truly an exceptional host. From the moment we booked, she was super responsive, kind, and thoughtful. She even sent a sweet message during our stay just to make sure everything was going smoothly, such a lovely touch! After a long drive and some holiday traffic, we were so ready to unwind, and stepping into Emmy’s home felt like a dream. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and way more spacious than we expected. Each of us had our own little corner to relax in, but the layout also made it so easy to spend quality time together. It felt cozy, welcoming, and just perfect for reconnecting with friends. Emmy also gave us some awesome local recommendations before we even arrived, which made planning our trip that much easier and more fun! We explored, we laughed, we relaxed, and we made memories we’ll never forget. Thank you for everything Emmy!!

I am PICKY which is why it took me so long to finally use air b&b. We were visiting our daughter at SSU w/ all the grandparents. Emmy & Emmy’s place was perfect. Exactly as described and she was so helpful & responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She made everything easy, including instructions for the house & garage keypads and how to use the nest thermostat. The review noting the difference in temp between floors is accurate. We arrived on an unusually hot (for Sonoma) May day and it was so cool downstairs we thought the air was on already. Once we realized it wasn’t and turned it on, it did, after a couple hours, start bringing the temp down until we could open windows. The cool night also helped and once we got the temp down overnight the rest of the days were fine upstairs (the general temp also dropped about 10 degrees). That is the ONLY issue we had, and now we know. We would ABSOLUTELY stay again if we have the large group! Her place was so clean, which I appreciate!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Emmy’s house. It was the perfect layout for our group of 6. Everyone had a bed and there was plenty of room for being together in the shared space. The couch was very comfortable and large. The dining room table and breakfast table were also very useful for larger groups. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Emmy was friendly, super responsive and provided great recommendations for our trip. The house was beautifully decorated, and the pool area was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I’d recommend staying here again.

We had such a great time at this place! The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was clean, quiet, and well-appointed—especially the kitchen, which was well stocked and made it easy for us to cook some great meals together. The weather even warmed up enough for us to enjoy the pool, which was a bonus! Emmy was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and super helpful in guiding us through planning the perfect wine country experience. Aside from a brief power outage that was outside of the host’s control, our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend for a group stay and would stay here again.
